How this started
I'm Andrew Skinner. I spent years building websites for nonprofits through my agency, 21 ads media. The same problem kept showing up.
Every organization had a Google Sheet full of community resources — food banks, shelters, legal aid, job programs. They'd email the spreadsheet to people who needed help. Some printed it. The information was usually outdated before it reached anyone.
I started building tools to solve that specific problem. First as a WordPress plugin, then as a standalone product. Eventually it became clear this wasn't just a side project — it was a different kind of work. So I started FieldFlow Labs to build focused software for organizations that serve their communities.
FieldFlow Directory is the first product. Your team keeps editing the spreadsheet they already know. Your community gets a directory they can actually search.
