Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

1.1 FieldFlow is billed monthly or annually. Access begins immediately upon payment.

1.2 Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Annual plans renew automatically each year. You can cancel at any time.

1.3 Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of your current paid period. We do not prorate or refund unused time on cancellation.

2. Refunds

2.1 New subscribers (first payment only): If you contact us within 7 days of your first payment and have not embedded a live directory on a public website, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

2.2 After 7 days: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months, annual plans mid-cycle, or non-use of the platform.

2.3 Annual plans: If you are on an annual plan and experience a verified platform-wide outage that prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will issue a prorated credit for the affected period.

2.4 We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with features, changes to the platform, or failure to use the product.

3. Cancellation

3.1 Cancel anytime from your account billing page or by emailing [email protected].

3.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

3.3 We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.

4. Support First

4.1 Before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider, please contact us at [email protected]. We respond within 1 business day and will work with you to resolve any issue.

4.2 Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

5. Abuse

5.1 We may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.

6. Changes

6.1 We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply to future billing cycles only, not current paid periods.
